I had called today about my genie auto opener. Got a tech out in30 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. I have reviewed the work on another app but was so pleased don't mind doing it again. Ryan S. Had Danny Salas as teck rep on a service call, did repair and after some questions we decided to get a new door. A great person. Door came in quicker than anticipated. Had Brian Meinsen and Tyree M. install the door. All three reps were thorough, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Many months ago I received a Precision Garage Door Service Coupon in the Valpak. I saved it knowing that one day I would need to repair or replace our automatic garage door opener which was over 20 years old. Unfortunately that day came! Fortunately, I had the coupon and called Precision Garage Door Service on December 23, 2024. The very next day their technician, Ryan Swan, showed up as scheduled even though it was Christmas Eve. He was extremely courteous and professional advising us of the service needed. An itemized written estimate of the cost was presented. We agreed and he continued to perform the replacement service. Ryan was very pleasant and personable even though it was extremely cold that day to work in an unheated garage. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional installation. Ryan is a fine representative of Precision Garage Door Service and we highly recommend them for anyone who may need this type of service. (We also appreciated the Senior Citizen Discount!)

He was well prepared, methodical, neat, and very professional throughout the process. Not a speck of debri was left behind. The only items he left in his wake were the sturdy brand new garage doors, which we are very happy with. Danny the service technician fixed our garage door spring and explained the whole lift master garage door opener to us, I had this garage door and opener installed by another local company and was not pleased with their service so I decided to called Precision and couldn’t be more happier! Rob and Ryan did a great job. Removed and replaced our garage door mechanism in 2 1/2 hours. New system is working well. Removed our old "Wayne Dalton" screw-drive which had worn out and replaced with a Genie system.

Very courteous and professional team, arrived on time, reviewed my system and presented me with recommendations to chose from. I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Also did the old door seals, springs and replaced the outside control panel with a new one. My system is now refurbished and ready for the winter.

Great company! I wasted two weeks dealing with another company that strung me along. I called Precision on a Monday evening and they were at my home and fixed the door by Tuesday 12:00 noon!!
