Excellent service. Garage door opening and closing like a charm. Danny was a very nice courteous fellow. Explained everything that was not working and what was going to be done to fix it. Presented what could be done with a few options regarding prices and left the decision to me. No pressure . I’m glad I got Precision.

I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

We were very satisfied with the quick response. I called today and was given an appointment for the same day. The technician was on time and called me 20 minutes before he arrived. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Once he evaluated the situation, he made us aware of what was going on and provided different options for us. I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.
