I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.

Called Precision after seeing their promotion in a ValuePak mailer My garage door opener and remotes were not working properly and needed replacement. The initial call w Beth was courteous and professional and provided a quick scheduling appt. the technician John-Aaron called in advance was on time and followed COVID protocols. After reviewing options and prices he installed the unit. Very professional start to finish highly recommend.

I thought I left a review the day I had my service. Danny Salas , the tech, was courteous and respectful. He did the job well in changing my codes and giving me another remote as a backup. Precision installed our Electric Garage opener and were very professional. This is the only company I will call when I need something connected to the garage.

Called for service in the afternoon and the serviceman showed up the next morning at 9:00a.m. Service was completed within one hour and garage door opener is working once again. New opener was installed in Feb 2020, hopefully there will be no other problems, but its nice to see the service is prompt if needed.

The first person I met who came to make suggestions as to how to solve the problem with the garage door was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and give me several alternatives. The men who later installed the new door were also very professional and stayed until I was able to operate the door before they left. Mr. Francisco did not rush the job and clearly explained the process and pointed out the sections of the garage door that he had modified or repaired. Francisco Taveras is a credit to your company. Based on prior experience I had thought that my safety sensors on my garage door had malfunctioned. Francisco took the time to check the sensors but also checked the entire system. He quickly realized that my old garage door cables, rollers etc were resisting the motors attempts to close the door. His repairs to correct the situation worked very well and I am completely satisfied with the work. Also I would commend Francisco’s manner and disposition. He was very patient and took the time to explain every aspect of the repair.
