I had the pleasure of working with Manager Vinny, Israel and Greg! To be honest, I called as a follow up with an issue that seemed connected to an original repair which turned out to be a separate issue but...not only did Vinny respond to me immediately to research the matter, he happened to be in the area and took time to personally come to my residence and view the problem. He scheduled a team, Greg and Israel to follow up the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite, friendly, happy, professional and performed a quality job in a timely manner! I am very happy with the installation of the LiftMaster 8550W. I was also very happy with the work of Jesse C and Rob W. They both did an excellent job and both was pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and I was happy with their knowledge in installing the LiftMaster 8550W. After having the Genie system for almost 19 years, this door is so much quieter than it ever was. I also like having the newest technology that comes with this system, like the backup battery. I do recommend Precision Garage Door.

Your website looked very professional with all bios of your employees. However, when I made the appointment and was asked what type of opener I had I was expecting the technician to have the parts for Genie openers. When he told me they don’t carry Genie parts I was confused and disappointed because it was either pay $600 for a new opener or pay the service charge for a 3 minute conversation. Francisco was very nice and apologized for not being able to do more for me however, I would have preferred not wasting time nor money if they knew they didn’t have Genie parts.
