I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

Professional, expert service. Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor, also a happy customer. Marlon arrived after alerting me as to his arrival by text and also a call. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote which I accepted, and did the work efficiently. All Covid safety precautions followed, everything carefully explained. Highly recommend.

Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Service was great. Marlon was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. But my garage door opener was old so I decided to purchase a new one. Marlon had it installed and operating in no time. Based on this experience I will continue to use Precision Door whenever needed.

Gave me a price of $1100 to replace a garage door opener and said springs and rollers needed to be replaced. Promised to email an estimate but never received it and charged a $70 service fee. Had Home Depot install a Chamberlain belt driven 3/4 hp for $315. Other parts NOT NEEDED. Let the buyer beware.
