Work was done very well, but the gentleman who came to fix the garage was coughing excessively and didn’t wear a mask. He seemed very sick and was drinking water. If he’s sick he should either call out or wear a mask.

Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

Everything about Precision was great, especially the technician Marlon. Marlon was very professional and the company was quick with a response and true to their word. I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day between 10:00am - 2:00pm and Marlon called at 9:30am and was at my door 20 min later, which was great! I didn't have to sit around and waste the morning. Marlon was very courteous and knowledgeable and well-organized. He replaced the pulleys, springs, cables and wheels. He completed the job in a timely manner without rushing. It seems to me he really enjoys what he does for a living and had only good things to say about his company. So far I am extremely pleased with Precision. I had them come out for an estimate on either a repair on my very old garage door or a replacement. Communication about the appointment was excellent. Marlon even came early after calling to see if that was ok. He was very polite/friendly/professional. You could tell he knew his stuff! After I asked him to give me estimates for several different options he helped me weigh the pros and cons, but was in no way pushy to sell at all; which I appreciated. In the end I purchased a new door for install, so I will post another review then to follow up - but so far; great!

Well I tried to replace my garage door opener on my own , that turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal and a total waste of time , let’s just say somethings need to be done by professionals and that would be precision door. I contacted Precision truthfully cause it came up first in my search engine on Google. The reviews were a plus too. Had a cable broken, thought I'd have to wait cause it was Easter. Precision team contacted me via phone and instead of coming Monday in AM, they came Easter. So grateful. Marlin was the man's name. He explained everything perfectly to me. Gave me price up front. Was very courteous and friendly. He was quick in completing work and was overall very pleasant young man.
