I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.

I am so impressed with Precision Garage Door and their technician, Tim. My garage door was bouncing in opening and closing and had several broken and worn parts. Tim in using a computer note pad diagnosed the problems and also visually showed them to me. He further explained the options for repair in a very understandable way. Most of all, Tim was so courteous, mannerly, and highly efficient in repairing the door and its parts. He is a great credit to the company. The Precision Garage Door office was also most courteous. They sent me a most informative e-mail within minutes of scheduling my appointment. They clearly deserve a 5 star rating.
