Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance. Loved how he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Very profesional and loved how the truck was loaded with all the parts he needed to fix my garage door opener. Very satisfied customer.

We just purchased a house, and the garage door didn't lock and was difficult to open. Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day.
