My original install was done by a competing company and they did not even return my call when I attempted to contact them for the needed repairs. I called Precision and they came out immediately and, not only addressed my repair issues, but showed their quality parts were far superior to those originally installed. I ended up replacing everything but the tracks and door and I couldn't be happier. You can't beat their lifetime warranty and Mike, my installation tech was the best! Due to an unfortunate situation my door sustained damage. Not realizing the safety latch was secured my daughter hit the wrong door button on a twin door assembly. The technician was dispatched promptly and informed us of damages. He took it upon himself to order the damaged section on the door to make the necessary repair.
