I am in the process of selling my home, and the night before the home inspection, the left garage door failed. Mike was able to fix the broken door and did a full test on both doors. They have never been quieter- Just a shame I wont be around to use them. I will highly recommend precision to the future owners. Your Technician Mike Picarello was fantastic when he came to fix the problem with my garage door. He checked everything and knew just what was wrong. he fixed what he could then but he had to order the rubber for the bottom of the door since he had none like it on his truck. HE IS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES. Do not lose him and please send him again to fix my garage door any time I call you. Thank You. I give you a 5 star rating for your company and Mike.

Mike arrived at the very beginning of the window were given, and did a systematic and thorough examination of our door system.
