On Nov 11 I called Precision at the Riverhead office because I had a broken cable on one of my garage doors. The person that returned my call was very courteous and booked an appointment for the same day for 2PM. The repair person named Andrew called me and said he was working in the area and could be at my home in about 10 minutes which was about 11AM. Andrew did a complete review of the door system, took pictures and then gave me three choices as to how I would like to proceed with the repair. Andrew completed the repair with an hours time and the door runs smoothly now

A real person answered the phone. I could understand what they were saying. They came out in 5 hours and fixed the problem the first time. They charged a VERY fair price. What more can you ask for ??? I would give 10 stars if I could.
