He didn’t try to pressure me and even waived the service fee which I really appreciate and because of that I will schedule that maintenance when I am able. I initially chose Precision Garage Door Service to install a new lift motor. I upgraded to include new springs and maintenance of the door that was installed by the previous home owner in 2004. Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

My Precision garage doors were installed by Precision about 2 years ago. They worked flawlessly until a few days ago. An intermittent beeping was audible, then ceased. Neither door was able to be opened using the electronic controls. Andrew came, and solved the problems quickly. For one door, I hadn't re-enabled the manual handle after opening it manually. The other door didn't work because the electrical house socket was intermittent, and ran down the battery. I'll need an electrician to install a different socket. Andrew was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision in the future if service is needed.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them!
