I put a new garage door in and a new opener in at the same time by Precision. They were excellent then in l2016 when I had it all done. Their technicians are fabulous and know just how to get everything set properly. I have had them here two times since then to fix issues that I thought were needed, AND again the technicians were fabulous and knew just what to do to correct things just right. No more issues at all!!! So very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new door and/or an opener.

Andrew came to visit and check on our garage door problem. He is a great guy and gave us good advice and options. Prior to the visit, I got a text and email regarding confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a reminder of the person who is coming including his personal information. My garage door suddenly quit working and within 24 hours Andrew, a super knowledgeable repairman arrived. He put in a motor in 45 minutes. I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.
