He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid? I was coming home last evening and as my car entered the garage I heard a loud noise like glass breaking, and the cable connecting my garage door on one side had snapped. I called Precision, even though it was after 6pm. They said they would have someone out to my house the next day between 10 and 12noon. The repairman, Danny, was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. He gave me an estimate in advance, replaced the broken parts, and had the garage door working within an hour, installing an extra safety cable in case it happened again. I was very satisfied with the quick response, and with Precision's service.
