Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer.
