Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

I was able to contact Precision Door Service in the late evening after I got home from work and was then able to schedule service for my repair on that very following weekend. My technician Danny, who was a pleasure to deal with, clearly explained my options and the level of service to be provided. He then quickly made all the repairs necessary and re-balanced my garage door which should help extend the life of my opener. I believe the price was fair and their service is guaranteed. Highly recommended!

Danny called me to let me know he was on his way. I totally appreciated that so could plan my time accordingly. He and Roberto were friendly and professional. After a total diagnostic of my broken garage door , Danny showed me the two options I had to get the door working again. It was 12 years old and while I could have chosen to just get it working again with a couple of parts, I opted to refurbish all that was broken and old, actually on Danny and Roberto's advice, with a 10 year warranty. The motor was fine, and the door also, so, we just replaced the springs, cables (adding a needed safety cable) and all the moving parts. The spring I had originally, Danny discovered was never gauged for the size double size door I had, a miracle it lasted so long. LOL Amazed the door now runs so smoothly and quiet!! Who knew? My cats no longer run when I open or close the door. haha I'm certain it will last at the very least 10 years! So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend this company! I did't shop around for the best price, just the most professional company, but I feel I got what I payed for and more! It was a fair price to pay for the parts and fine expert job.

Danny S did a great job!! He arrived on time (the same day that I made the appointment). He explained exactly what we needed after inspecting our system & receiving our approval to do the job, he started working. A couple of hours later our door that previously wouldn't open was working like a Swiss clock . I suspect that I won't be needing Precision again in the near future, so I'm very pleased to highly recommend them.

Asked them to fix my garage door. The technician said it couldn't be repaired and our other door was broken, as well. He quoted $2200 to replace both doors including all tracks, springs and hardware. I fixed both doors for $87.37 with parts from Home Depot. Thanks Precision...not a good policy to try to take advantage of customers. Change your website...you don't fix anything.

My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. My garage door was not going down and appeared to turn off. I called the office at 2:30 P.M. Danny called me at 3 and was there by 4. We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.

Danny S. was great. He explained all of my options. Understands the cost of a new door was out of my price range, no pressure. The price of replacing the two springs, cables and other moving parts was pricey but what I expected for the industry, he was done in about an hour. If we had done the work it would have been a or two. Thanks for the good work Danny
