I was coming home last evening and as my car entered the garage I heard a loud noise like glass breaking, and the cable connecting my garage door on one side had snapped. I called Precision, even though it was after 6pm. They said they would have someone out to my house the next day between 10 and 12noon. The repairman, Danny, was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. He gave me an estimate in advance, replaced the broken parts, and had the garage door working within an hour, installing an extra safety cable in case it happened again. I was very satisfied with the quick response, and with Precision's service.

Danny called me to let me know he was on his way. I totally appreciated that so could plan my time accordingly. He and Roberto were friendly and professional. After a total diagnostic of my broken garage door , Danny showed me the two options I had to get the door working again. It was 12 years old and while I could have chosen to just get it working again with a couple of parts, I opted to refurbish all that was broken and old, actually on Danny and Roberto's advice, with a 10 year warranty. The motor was fine, and the door also, so, we just replaced the springs, cables (adding a needed safety cable) and all the moving parts. The spring I had originally, Danny discovered was never gauged for the size double size door I had, a miracle it lasted so long. LOL Amazed the door now runs so smoothly and quiet!! Who knew? My cats no longer run when I open or close the door. haha I'm certain it will last at the very least 10 years! So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend this company! I did't shop around for the best price, just the most professional company, but I feel I got what I payed for and more! It was a fair price to pay for the parts and fine expert job.

Asked them to fix my garage door. The technician said it couldn't be repaired and our other door was broken, as well. He quoted $2200 to replace both doors including all tracks, springs and hardware. I fixed both doors for $87.37 with parts from Home Depot. Thanks Precision...not a good policy to try to take advantage of customers. Change your website...you don't fix anything.
