Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.

The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. He even took care to make sure every detail was just right -- something you don't always find in folks. He cared about the quality of his work. Great job Dan, and thank you to all. I highly recommend Danny Salas and Brendan Serrano. Danny came an explained what I could stay with or gave me options to replace. I decided to go with a new opener, new springs and new remotes. It was all done very quickly and he even programed my cell phone and my remotes in my car. Thank you and we will be using Precision again if needed.

Just used Precision Door Service to replace my garage door motor and fix the various parts of the door itself, cables, etc... From beginning to end the best sales and service experience I had in ages. Danny Salas, the technician, explained everything including the pros and cons for the various levels of work I could have done and the pricing for each. Once I decided to go ahead and replace the motor instead of repairing it and fix the door itself, Danny completed the work, quite expeditiously, and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate it. He also was kind enough to help me sync my garage door opener with my car. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend you ask for Danny Salas if you use Precision for your garage door needs!

First, it is unusual to have a repair rep. come on a Sunday. Danny arrived early on Sunday. His appearance was neat & clean. His demeanor was friendly and cordial. Greetings Doug/PDS: Danny Salas and Brendon were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and did excellent work on our garage door system. Although I was not prepared for the estimate amount, after reviewing the issues that Danny and Brendon pointed out, we all agreed that it was the smartest and most cost effective way to restore the system to a safe and smooth operation. Thank you. p.s. The service performed was an extensive system repair, with replacement of springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables.
