I was recently having repeated problems with my garage door opener and needed to rectify the situation. I tried all the recommended checking points but couldn’t find the source of the problem. I saw your company was highly rated and now I know why. The serviceman Dan came during the scheduled time and he advised replacing the old unit with a new one. I had an important appointment later that day and he said he would be completed within an hour. He not only completed the installation, reprogrammed all devises, left my garage in a clean condition, but worked with a professional and friendly attitude!

I am so happy with Precision. Called this morning because my cables snapped (old system not installed by Precision) Within two hours Danny the tech was here ! He replaced my cables, springs and installed a new door opener. He also told us our existing door opener was not up to code so he replaced it for us. His professionalism was superb.
