Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

Service technician was extremely professional and very kind. Arrived at the promised time and gave us three options for the repair. Once selected the repair was completed in minutes. Therein lies the reason for a 3 star and not a 5 star rating. The repair took less than 10 minutes with tree basic parts and yet the bill was over $500. Just felt this was a little expensive for such a repair.

As I am not technically inclined, I did fill out a review on YELP, but I will do another one here. I was very pleased with the technician who arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to check and he would give me several options. Danny Salas, the technician, was professional and provided me with several options, ////due to the equipment that was either 25 or 30 years old, I opted for complete repair. Dany set about his work and complete the task before noon, having to replace the entire system. It is now running smoothly and quietly. Danny's work ethic wad commendable and he cleaned up and, frankly, left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking a professional, ethical and accommodating business to either install a new garage door or to repair an older one. I am grateful for having a quiet and smooth running door! Thank you!

I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

Not satisfied at all I was over charged for work I didn’t need done because I wasn’t home to question it. Not only didn’t I need the work I found out the parts I was charged hundreds of dollars for can be bought for less than $50. I will neve use or recommend this company again. Preparing to file complaint with the better business bureau. Shameful.
