He was extremely polite, respectful and considerate of the situation with an elderly parent. I was able to deal with Francisco by phone to attend to the problem without my being there at the house. Today I went to my dad's home and examined the repairs that was performed - I was pleased with the quality of the work and outcome. I was very impressed with the work done by Francisco. The door problem was corrected and all is now working fine. Francisco was excellent in explaining all the work that he was going to do and did everything as described with one important exception. I was expecting a written five year warranty on the parts and work done. I got a copy of the invoice by e-mail but nothing about a five year warranty. Why not???
