Hello Precision Doors of LI. The service I received today 9/7/19 with the replacement of my garage door lock was great. You all did meet my expectations and the problem I was having was resolved. Your Service Repair Representative, Francisco Taveras, was very courteous, helpful and professional. I will consider using your company in the future if needed. Also, the Service Repair Representative, I will request for him for my repairs. Also, being a local company and the quick response for the service was great.

Francisco showed up on time and was very professional. He explained my options and I took his suggestion to replace both side of the garage door springs and rollers. Even though only one side was broken. He assured me that the system would work much better and be more quiet. He was right and he did a great job for me

Francisco came to address my complaint with a noise as the garage door was closing. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected the problem. The parts and labor were under warranty. I would certainly use this company again as I have in the past. I have already recommended them to others who also used them and have been as satisfied as I've been.
