Precision door installed our garage door in 2016 and we have never had a y issues. Now the battery backup needed to be changed after 8 years and we also had the garage door serviced. This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door.The company is very professional. When I called, Ethan answered all my questions pertaining to a new garage door opener. I had booked an appointment with precision for technician to come out and tell me how much it would be to reinstall my garage door opener. The technician was Doug and he was so polite and friendly. He gave me the price and said that he could do the job right then and there. He did a great job, he went over everything with me and showed me all that I needed to know on how to work the opener and the key pad and the override key system.
