We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!
