i found your business while checking out garage door repairs and found your business online. reviews looked good. you sent me Lewis Rodriguez to do the repair and i can not say enough about him. He showed me the options and we did the best one. He had everything he needed on the truck and did a outstanding job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. went from extension springs to torsion springs. He replaced all the old rollers and the door works better than it ever did. Would recommend your company. Fair price and great service great people.

I am a first-time customer of Precision Door, and I am very impressed with the company. My garage door opener was not working properly and after viewing Precision's youtube video, I was not able to fix it. I called the company's Plainview location and the woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She said she could have a repairman at my house that day, and he would arrive between 12 and 4 PM. He arrived just after 12 noon after notifying me that he was on his way. Lewis Rodriguez was very courteous and helpful as well. He explained that he would trouble-shoot the problem, and after doing so gave me 4 options. I chose the least expensive and he overhauled the existing door opener, which works just fine now. Lewis is a highly skilled and efficient worker. I am considering new garage doors for my vacation home and will definitely contact Precision Doors when I am ready.

Louis called before he came and reviewed what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I agreed and he repaired the garage door and showed me how to lubricate certain parts of the door. He was professional and he clean up after he finished the job. I would use your company again.

We saw the advertisement of Precision in a magazine. It was a local firm near us and it was BBB rated. We called and ask for service on our garage door and it was a quick response that they will come the next day. They looked at the garage door and told us we need new springs and rollers and a new lock. We accepted the offer and service was done right there.
