Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase. My garage door was not closing. The company sent Shane quickly after I called the same day. Shane explained that my opener was extremely old and even if possible made no sense to repair. He then examined my garage door which also was old and determined that the door was in great shape but needed springs and other parts replaced.
