Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

My garage door was not opening and my car was inside. I called Precision and booked appointment and they gave me 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Service Specialist arrived @ 10:00 AM. Before the arrival I got a call from the company @9:30 AM and also got a call from Service Specialist (Danny Sales) @9:50 AM. The service was excellent. The Service Specialist Mr. Danny Sales communication is good is having good experience in Garage door opening. He suggested to install the new motor because my old motor was very old before 1993 model. The price was reasonable and he finished the job in an hour (1 hour). He demonstrated everything and I also got the lifetime warranty. This company has professional service specialists. I am very much satisfied with the service. I give 5 stars for the service provided and recommend this company.

My son suggested your company after seeing your ValPak coupon. I was having an issue with my garage door opener. The receiver unit was kaput and not made anymore. Also, the garage door had not been serviced in years and all moving parts and cables were badly worn and needed replacement as well. Your technician Danny was outstanding. He showed, explained, and offered the options available to me. And he and his assistant worked diligently until the work was completed to satisfaction. They were both friendly, polite, and educational. I would not hesitate to call your company again for a future need.

Everything about Precision Garage Door Service is professional! From a well-designed web site, to a "live" operator taking my call, to an immediate appointment window, all of the preliminaries were handled efficiently. I was given appointment window. In checking with the website, I was assigned a technician with his background and picture. When the time came, I received a phone call from my technician (Danny S.). A few minutes later a clean, well-marked van arrived. I met Danny, who was professional and personal as he reviewed my problem and offered me several repair options. When I told him what I wanted, he immediately got to work and repaired my garage door. Even though I did not take his recommended option, service remained courteous and professional. Totally satisfied with the service. Danny, my technician was the best. He was pleasant, prompt, and absolutely knows all there is to know about garage door installation. The extension cable snapped and the door was stuck in a down position. Danny gave me several options for the repair...bare bones fix or refurbish the door with a 10 yr guarantee. I went with the refurbish. He rebuilt the door, replaced the hardware and it works better than when it was new, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.
