We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.

The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day.
