Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

I opened my door to the garage this morning and found a spring attached to the opener hanging down where it should not have been. I went to the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage door Service. Looking over the comments and guarantees I gave them a call. It was 6:30 in the morning and while I was able to book an appointment online, I needed to speak to someone so I’d feel more secure! A nice man answered and I booked an appointment for later in the day. Although the service person was held up, I received a call informing me he would be later than expected, which I so appreciated! Then he called later to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was so nice, cordial and personable while remaining completely professional! He gave me three options after accessing my issue, explained each one and gave me costs for each. After choosing my plan, he set to work and was finished in about half an hour! His work was completed and perfect! He tested everything, applied lubricant and made sure all was well! He solved my problem and explained everything I needed to know and adjusted the pull string to keep me safe! I am extremely happy, not only with the service, but with the complete professionalism, kindness and caring this man showed me! I will never call anyone else if I have any issues with my garage door opener, and you shouldn’t either Five Stars!!!

I think another person might have said the job was not doable. Danny did the job. Danny Salas from Precision Doors installed 2 Liftmaster garage door openers on April 11th, 2024, replacing the garage door openers that were installed the previous day by a technician from another company who was totally inexperienced. I wish I could give Danny 10 stars because he most definitely deserves far more than 5! He was extremely polite, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed every task with ease and efficiency, tasks the other company said could not be done. Although somewhat pricey, you get what you pay for and I could not be more pleased with the work that was performed by Danny. I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors as they are by far one of the best home service companies I have ever worked with. When you want exceptional quality and service, call Precision!

As expected Danny Was on time and ready to rock and roll. But there was nothing to fix because the issue turned out to be user error. Our boiler guy manually unlocked the door and it would not able to close mechanically.

It was extremely easy to schedule appointment. Danny from Precision was great. He explained all the options and gave various suggestions. Scheduling on line was easy. I was informed of tech travel time and photo and background before he ever arrived. Spoke to Danny on the phone. When he arrived he was courteous, professional, neat, quick. He explained everything before I decided which option was best for me. He did not upsell. He took the time to go over the keypad, remote, buttons, lights, and phone up. He gave me options for future repairs if I wanted. He told me that my last repair company used the wrong size springs. Only thing not happy about is cost was way over what is suggested on multiple home repair websites for residential installation. Danny was 5 stars

I needed 2 replacement springs for my garage door and the tech (Danny) took a look and gave me an initial quote of, get this, $1,200!! I was going to send him away but I let him explain what was included and what an alternate price was. He had a bare minimum price of $640 which was still way too high but I was in a bind because I could not open the door without springs and my car was in garage. I reluctantly agreed and the work done was fine (took about 40 minutes) but I’m so upset that I spent that much money unnecessarily. I checked YouTube and it is a very easy job to do yourself and I ordered from Amazon two140 lb springs and four 3 inch pulleys ( total cost $65) for the other door which I will do myself when I have a free hour.

I met Danny Salas two weeks ago when he was repairing a neighbors Garage Door Opener. He gave me his card and we briefly discussed what I needed. My appointment was today and Danny replaced my Garage Door with the exact unit I wanted, reviewed my entire system, provided me with detailed recommendations which I appreciated, performed the work, thoroughly explained the operation and assisted me in getting my cars programmed. Awesome professional service, neat clean and took away all the old parts. Highly recommended!!!
