I was contacted as to when I could expect the technician to arrive. Danny introduced himself and upon inspection of my garage opener and springs, explained my 2 options clearly, with prices and warranties. The work was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up. I was then instructed on how to use the outside control panel. Danny was very patient when I messed up the code the first time. He did not leave until he was sure I could use everything correctly.

I’d let my fingers do the walking on my iPhone to find someone in my area and precision showed up. I’m very happy with the service I got. I got the call a half hour before they were going to arrive very very courteous Danny and Jamie. They did the repair That was necessary to be able to close the garage door all the way. I am very pleased. They also gave me instructions about the lubrication of the wheels and they took care of lubricating the wheels. I’m 87 years old and everything is difficult for me to do but they help me very much and they were perfect gentlemen. You couldn’t ask for anybody better thank you so much.

My 22 year old garage door wasn’t opening properly for a week. I had used Precision in the past and remembered Danny Salas who did a great job then and now. Danny is very professional and a great guy. He was at my house in an hour He took time to explain what the problem was and in another hour I had an updated opener, key pad inside and outside and two openers for the car.
