The 2 men that installed our doors were prompt and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hardware for the front of the doors wasn't on their truck. However they came back a couple of days later to complete that. Once again, they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were prompt and courteous.

Dear Precision, I have been in the market for a new garage door for about a year and all prior companies said they could not accommodate the need for a "fixed/stationary" door. Precision was the exception. I meet with Tommy after being called prior to the appt., telling me first what time he would arrive. Your repairman Tim was very professional I was given 3 different options for the repair and he explained each one without being pushy. Very professional. Your customer service is excellent .
