Tom & crew did a good job. I was a bit surprised @ the invoice total though - quote given should reflect full cost or make it clear that bet and other costs likely. Also, it would be a nice courtesy to also re-program car remotes. Not a big deal but good customer service.

My garage door was stuck in the closed position with our car stuck inside. Precision gave me an estimated arrival time of between 12 and 2. They arrived shortly after 12 ....Tom was very friendly and assessed that my problem was a power problem but he could assist in opening the garage and installing a new key override for the door. It did the trick. I would call them again for service!!

Tom showed up promptly on the same day I called in the problem, correctly diagnosed the situation and fixed the door. My garage door is now working fine. I was able to get an appointment the day of my call.. I have tenants in my house and Brandon contacted me on the way over to the house to let me know what other problems could possibly be associated with a broken spring. He was thorough in his explanation which I appreciated. My tenants give him 5 stars. They said he was very knowledgeable and completed the work much to their satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess which is always appreciated. He was very pleasant and courteous to them and me. Based on my experience, I will certainly recommend your company. Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He performed his inspection and reviewed what he found with me in a way that I understood. He then presented me with options of repair so I could choose what I wanted to be done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the tech was very good. I will definitely call Precision again. The only inconvenience was that the weather stripping was not on his truck and he had to return the next day to install it.

Thank you for all of the nice words. I am sorry the tech did not have the weather stripping on the truck. He does usually carry these materials with him and should be able to complete the job that day. I am glad we were able to return and complete the job to your satisfaction the next day.

Last Sunday, our garage door wouldn’t open. Unfortunately, we only have one entrance into the garage and that is the garage door. We were panicking. We couldn’t believe that Precision was able to come the same day we called, and on a Sunday. Tom showed up right on time, 2 hours after we called. So not to have to break the door down, Tom took his time and tried many different alternatives to gain access. Lucky us Tom came that day because with a little creativity he got in! He didn’t just show up and take the easy and most expensive way out. We were very impressed and very happy. We definitely recommend Tom and Precision.
