Excellent service- i called in the morning for my mother's house in Merrick.. (I live hundreds of miles away and found this business online) Her garage door opener was inoperable. Within hours the old oddly configured opener was replaced as well various badly worn parts of a 53 year old garage door. There were certain non standard aspects to the existing system and i was surprised when the guy didn't have to come back with the parts days later because he had everything needed with him. A very different experience from the usual confusion. Well trained, well organized, communicative and thorough. I visited my mother last weekend and while i was there, i visited the garage door too and the door and opener now works perfectly.

First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

My garage door stopped operating during a major snowstorm. I called Precision because of their excellent reviews and an A+ rating from BBB. I was able to speak to a live person who was extremely nice and helpful. I got an appointment for the following morning. Hunter and Dave arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. They quoted me a reasonable price. They replaced an outdated garage opener, remotes, and assembly parts. Everything was explained and all my questions fully answered. I can not say enough good things about Hunter and Dave. I will definitely recommend Precision to others.
