Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age. He explained everything to us and kept to the quote, no surprises. Before leaving he made sure that everything worked. Tom did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple problems with my garage door. He took a great deal of time readjusting cables, springs, pulleys and rollers until it was set up correctly. I admire someone who takes the extra time to do a job and is not in a rush to just finish

Tom called when on the way and arrived within the promised time frame. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He did a complete replacement of everything but the door panels - springs, cables, rollers, the bottom gasket and the weatherstripping. He also adjusted the locking mechanism. What a difference! Tom & crew did a good job. I was a bit surprised @ the invoice total though - quote given should reflect full cost or make it clear that bet and other costs likely. Also, it would be a nice courtesy to also re-program car remotes. Not a big deal but good customer service.

My garage door was stuck in the closed position with our car stuck inside. Precision gave me an estimated arrival time of between 12 and 2. They arrived shortly after 12 ....Tom was very friendly and assessed that my problem was a power problem but he could assist in opening the garage and installing a new key override for the door. It did the trick. I would call them again for service!!
