Greetings Doug/PDS: Danny Salas and Brendon were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and did excellent work on our garage door system. Although I was not prepared for the estimate amount, after reviewing the issues that Danny and Brendon pointed out, we all agreed that it was the smartest and most cost effective way to restore the system to a safe and smooth operation. Thank you. p.s. The service performed was an extensive system repair, with replacement of springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables.

Joe is a a pleasant, honest and knowledgeable employee. His work is efficient with the correct tools and handling of equipment. We were quite glad that he was able to beat the storm with his arrival and repair so I could move my car before the tidal surge of 3 feet hit Babylon!

Danny was very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information on new doors and openers, explaining in detail the pros and cons of all the various parts that go into a new door. He then came up to our kitchen to go over the various options and it was like talking to a friend. I would highly recommend him to a family member.

I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.

The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. He even took care to make sure every detail was just right -- something you don't always find in folks. He cared about the quality of his work. Great job Dan, and thank you to all. I would definitely recommend you guys. We are grateful we found you. Thanks again.
