First, it is unusual to have a repair rep. come on a Sunday. Danny arrived early on Sunday. His appearance was neat & clean. His demeanor was friendly and cordial. He was so helpful & knowledgeable with any questions we had. He did not rush while repairing & installing new garage door springs for our very large garage door. I would not hesitate using & recommending this company for whatever garage repairs or purchases would be needed. Danny is a credit to this company!

My garage door was not opening and my car was inside. I called Precision and booked appointment and they gave me 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Service Specialist arrived @ 10:00 AM. Before the arrival I got a call from the company @9:30 AM and also got a call from Service Specialist (Danny Sales) @9:50 AM. The service was excellent. The Service Specialist Mr. Danny Sales communication is good is having good experience in Garage door opening. He suggested to install the new motor because my old motor was very old before 1993 model. The price was reasonable and he finished the job in an hour (1 hour). He demonstrated everything and I also got the lifetime warranty. This company has professional service specialists. I am very much satisfied with the service. I give 5 stars for the service provided and recommend this company.
