Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. He examined the problem and the other door and explained what needed to be done and different options. I agreed to one option, Israel wrote up the order and how much it would cost, and I signed off on it. He finished in about two hours and the doors work like new. I'm very pleased with Precision.

Mr. Hixson was polite, helpful, and made us aware of some things that needed replacement and we went with his advice. If we need any help in the future, we would certainly request his help again.

I had to replace a brand new Genie bought at Home Depot. The new Genie was not as good as the old one. My old one was so much better. I called Precision Garage Door Long Island, what a great job. My installer was Israel.He did a great job. The door works fine. I brought the other one back to Home Depot. Got my money back.

Israel came to fix my garage door the cable has come off. He called and kept me informed s to when he was coming. He was very courteous, personable and well mannered. He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

Israel came to my house today to answer questions I had about new motors. He let me know all of my options, gave recommendations and worked with me to build the right plan for my garage. He then installed everything perfectly, didn’t leave any hint of a mess, and took the time to show me how everything works. Fantastic job and highly recommend!

I received a text from Israel that he was on his way and he gave an ETA, which I thought was an excellent service. Israel and Rocco were both very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. My door just needed routine maintenance but Israel addressed an issue, that I asked about, and have had for a long time. I am so pleased with the seal that he installed on the bottom of my door. They explained each detail of the maintenance to me. I am a very happy customer and will keep Precision as my Garage Door Go To Company!

My garage door wouldn't open and both garage doors needed overhaul. My 14 year old Liftmaster system is still working. Israel did NOT try to sell me new motors (which we didn't need) and instead gave me multiple options of: 1. work that NEEDED to be done and 2. in additional to needed work, other things that could be done to make my system work better. He replaced broken keypad, fixed an interior garage opener for one door that wasn't working, replaced torsion springs and nylon rollers. The system is good as new and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We called last night for appointment and Israel was here first thing in the morning. He called when he was on his way. Totally professional and friendly. Thank you! Highly recommend. Appreciate that this is a local, BBB and Angi rated company.

Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered. He reviewed our entire situation, made several recommendations,and began the work we authorized quickly, efficiently and neatly. He thoroughly explained each procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the springs but attended to a few minor issues that he said would make the operation work better. I had a broken garage door spring, so I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a repair appointment the same day. Their tech Israel arrived within the time window given to me and proceeded to expeditiously replace both coil springs. It had gone faster than any other repair I experienced within the last 20 years. I'm most pleased with the fact that Israel ensured the garage door sat level on the ground- no spaces underneath for mice to enter. Excellent job!
