Service should up on time and called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. I had a broken garage door spring, so I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a repair appointment the same day. Their tech Israel arrived within the time window given to me and proceeded to expeditiously replace both coil springs. It had gone faster than any other repair I experienced within the last 20 years. I'm most pleased with the fact that Israel ensured the garage door sat level on the ground- no spaces underneath for mice to enter. Excellent job!

Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered. He reviewed our entire situation, made several recommendations,and began the work we authorized quickly, efficiently and neatly. He thoroughly explained each procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the springs but attended to a few minor issues that he said would make the operation work better. He was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and overall provided excellent service.
