Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. He examined the problem and the other door and explained what needed to be done and different options. I agreed to one option, Israel wrote up the order and how much it would cost, and I signed off on it. He finished in about two hours and the doors work like new. I'm very pleased with Precision.

I had to replace a brand new Genie bought at Home Depot. The new Genie was not as good as the old one. My old one was so much better. I called Precision Garage Door Long Island, what a great job. My installer was Israel.He did a great job. The door works fine. I brought the other one back to Home Depot. Got my money back.

I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

My garage door wouldn't open and both garage doors needed overhaul. My 14 year old Liftmaster system is still working. Israel did NOT try to sell me new motors (which we didn't need) and instead gave me multiple options of: 1. work that NEEDED to be done and 2. in additional to needed work, other things that could be done to make my system work better. He replaced broken keypad, fixed an interior garage opener for one door that wasn't working, replaced torsion springs and nylon rollers. The system is good as new and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We called last night for appointment and Israel was here first thing in the morning. He called when he was on his way. Totally professional and friendly. Thank you! Highly recommend. Appreciate that this is a local, BBB and Angi rated company.

Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered.
