Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. He examined the problem and the other door and explained what needed to be done and different options. I agreed to one option, Israel wrote up the order and how much it would cost, and I signed off on it. He finished in about two hours and the doors work like new. I'm very pleased with Precision.

I had to replace a brand new Genie bought at Home Depot. The new Genie was not as good as the old one. My old one was so much better. I called Precision Garage Door Long Island, what a great job. My installer was Israel.He did a great job. The door works fine. I brought the other one back to Home Depot. Got my money back.

He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.
