Your technician, Robert Weber provided excellent service. He was able to fix the problem I called about, a broken bearing, and also found an issue with our cables. In addition, the door was quite noisy opening and closing. He adjusted the tracks and it is now considerably quieter. I give Robert 5 stars for good, friendly customer service and technical ability.

The serviceman arrived as scheduled, located the issue and proceeded to see if he could locate a replacement part for the 17 year old garage door opener. After having no success he replaced the door opener, a pulley, balanced the door, set up the remote, etc. Though out the entire time he was very professional and courteous.

The doors need to be replaced or fixed and Rob came out to assist with a quote. He was very friendly and did a full evaluation on repair or replace the entire system. He took pictures and measurements and gave me a full report on the condition of my doors. He didn’t rush out to the next job as he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

Great service! Rob Weber came when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed my problem with the door not being balanced. Said my torsion springs were undersized for my door. Since Precision installed my springs a little for that half a year ago, he replaced the springs at no charge. Said it was under warranty and should have been done right the first time. This Co.pany stands behind its product!!! I felt bad for Rob, though. He had to work in the garage when it was only 12 degrees out! Great guy. Great disposition and really cares about the work he does. Highly recommended.

Richard Webber was our outstanding repair technician who came late in the door at a moment's notice for repair. He was punctual. professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the double garage door not responding up or down immediately. He explained all of our repair options and provided an estimate for review. He included a veterans discount. He repaired the damage on the spot and tested his finished work product over and over for satisfaction. He exhibited expertise and proficiency and was conversant in his technical field. I would highly recommend the company and this technician to anyone. We had previously used this service at our prior residence and the reason we reached out for this service was directly related to previous outstnading work then too.
