He diagnosed the problem with the double garage door not responding up or down immediately. He explained all of our repair options and provided an estimate for review. Your technician, Robert Weber provided excellent service. He was able to fix the problem I called about, a broken bearing, and also found an issue with our cables. In addition, the door was quite noisy opening and closing. He adjusted the tracks and it is now considerably quieter. I give Robert 5 stars for good, friendly customer service and technical ability.
