I had a garage door opener repair service call today, June 16, performed by Precision Door Service technician Robert Weber. Robert was extremely professional, polite, informative, and helpful during the repair estimate and then with my installation of a new garage door opener. He also had all the proper ppe (masks and gloves) to safely complete the job at my home. I was notified before his arrival by the company and Robert. I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out.
