This is the second time that I’ve used Precision and again it was the right call. Tim O was my technician and I couldn’t have been in better hands. As with my first repair of a broken spring with Justin (also excellent), Tim called ahead, arrived on time, and methodically installed a new spring on my second door, then installed two new belt-driven garage door openers and a new wireless external remote. I was amazed that he was working solo without an assistant, and he actually informed me of the time it would take to complete the installation, which he did to the minute! When finished, he programmed the clocks on the openers, synced all the wireless remotes and even tried to sync the remote in my car (it’s wasn’t compatible). Tim is not only a real pro but he works with ease, confidence and incredible expertise even on the most humid day imaginable (my garage was unbearable and I set up a work fan which seemed to help a bit). He never complained about the humidity and worked with incredible “Precision”, pun intended! Tim O is awesome! In the future, I know which company to call for my garage needs, Precision!

Your website looked very professional with all bios of your employees. However, when I made the appointment and was asked what type of opener I had I was expecting the technician to have the parts for Genie openers. When he told me they don’t carry Genie parts I was confused and disappointed because it was either pay $600 for a new opener or pay the service charge for a 3 minute conversation. Francisco was very nice and apologized for not being able to do more for me however, I would have preferred not wasting time nor money if they knew they didn’t have Genie parts.

Danny S. was great. He explained all of my options. Understands the cost of a new door was out of my price range, no pressure. The price of replacing the two springs, cables and other moving parts was pricey but what I expected for the industry, he was done in about an hour. If we had done the work it would have been a or two. Thanks for the good work Danny

I was able to contact Precision Door Service in the late evening after I got home from work and was then able to schedule service for my repair on that very following weekend. My technician Danny, who was a pleasure to deal with, clearly explained my options and the level of service to be provided. He then quickly made all the repairs necessary and re-balanced my garage door which should help extend the life of my opener. I believe the price was fair and their service is guaranteed. Precision arrived on time to evaluate my broken garage opener. The unit was old and Hunter, the tech gave me options to fix the problem or get a new unit. No pressure but the unit was old, worn parts and not in compliance with safety standards. After discussion, I went for a new unit. After installation, Hunter told us how to work it, very easy. Very good service and give Hunter a raise!!!
