5 Stars! I called into the center and the call receipt person was very knowledgeable of the services and set the appointment, I was impressed with that. Next, got a call from Dave before the scheduled time range for the appointment, stating exactly when he would arrive. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable, Dave explained everything in the level of detail needed. This caliber of customer service provided by Dave during this repair is why I will recommend and repeat my business to Precision.

I called them because we live in Plainview and they r located in Plainview. We could not be happier. Hunter and John took great care to explain all our options and to explain everything to us. They told us it would take 2 and 1/2 hrs. It took 1 hour. They even told us about an app that we can open and close are garage door from our smart phones. Hopefully will not have to call them again but if had to wouldn't think twice!

My garage door was not opening and my car was inside. I called Precision and booked appointment and they gave me 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Service Specialist arrived @ 10:00 AM. Before the arrival I got a call from the company @9:30 AM and also got a call from Service Specialist (Danny Sales) @9:50 AM. The service was excellent. The Service Specialist Mr. Danny Sales communication is good is having good experience in Garage door opening. He suggested to install the new motor because my old motor was very old before 1993 model. The price was reasonable and he finished the job in an hour (1 hour). He demonstrated everything and I also got the lifetime warranty. This company has professional service specialists. I am very much satisfied with the service. I give 5 stars for the service provided and recommend this company.
