Your workers were beyond courteous & professional. They were great! Your company on the other hand... leaves much to be desired. They been back to my house 3x for a garage door that is under a year old. Scheduling was horrrendous. They say between 12-2, then send confirmation email saying 2 & up to 4 hrs after! Had to reschedule first appt. due to fact weren’t at house by 2. Second appt. didn’t get there until 2:15, again not workers fault, scheduling department (I figured since they screwed up 1st appt., maybe they would put me first or at least make sure to get to my home before 2... nope). Screws on my less than year old door are rusty, all 12. If I waited any longer would be rust marks all down front of it. Flat piece behind handle is warped, cheap material (plastic on $2k door). Unbelievable! Again people in customer service were very nice and professional, just cheap material and scheduling just a mess. Don’t know how this business stays open.

Your company was great! I was called 4 times the day of repair and also texts. The Tech Joe Leonard was awsome. I would give you Ten stars if you had them. Well done and I would recommend you to anyone.

I saw the ad in the Val Pak . Looks like a reputable company, and they were beyond professional, courteous, and very detail oriented. I love the technology that they bring into their maintenance program, and explain everything that has to get done for your garage door. They give you options to proceed, as well as their recommendations. Danny, self-sufficient was fantastic and a true gentleman. I would highly recommend them

My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.

Precision is the best garage door company in New York, every time I’ve used them they have been extremely helpful. I recently bought new garage doors and they made the process as simple as it could be. Danny was our technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his help. He was kind, timely, knowledgeable and overall just a great person. He answered all of my questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. I will only use Precision for all of my garage door needs. I wish every other company was run this well and had employees as great as they do. Thank you Precision, I will be a customer for life!
