It was a good day! I chose Precision after reading a lot of the customer reviews. My technician was Francisco Taveras. I made the appointment in the morning and received same day service! I was able to check his pic in my email before he arrived to verify it was him. He called 15 min before arrival, was polite, patient, and gave me all of my options after my present system could not be fixed. He finished quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I'm very happy.

Eddie came today to change my garage door opener. He was very detailed and thorough. When he was done, he explained everything before he left. Now my garage door opens very smoothly. I also have a new keypad outside my garage now. I can open and close from outside. I am very pleased with the outcome! I was coming home last evening and as my car entered the garage I heard a loud noise like glass breaking, and the cable connecting my garage door on one side had snapped. I called Precision, even though it was after 6pm. They said they would have someone out to my house the next day between 10 and 12noon. The repairman, Danny, was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. He gave me an estimate in advance, replaced the broken parts, and had the garage door working within an hour, installing an extra safety cable in case it happened again. I was very satisfied with the quick response, and with Precision's service.
