Hunter could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Was on time and quickly got my entire unit (motor, sensors, keypads, and remotes) replaced. Hopefully will not need to call them again soon, but i highly endorse these folks if you have issues.

I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and was so pleased to speak with a live representative who scheduled my repair for the following Saturday 5/26. Justin and Roberto were fantastic. Justin kept me up to date with voice mails several times regarding their arrival time. They were respectful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable about the repair and we took Justin's advice regarding the installation of a new opener. The work was clean and timely and he even helped us reprogram our cars. These two young men get a 5+ star rating for service and are the reason we would recommend Precision and use the service again. .

The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. Danny S did a great job!! He arrived on time (the same day that I made the appointment). He explained exactly what we needed after inspecting our system & receiving our approval to do the job, he started working. A couple of hours later our door that previously wouldn't open was working like a Swiss clock . Asked them to fix my garage door. The technician said it couldn't be repaired and our other door was broken, as well. He quoted $2200 to replace both doors including all tracks, springs and hardware. I fixed both doors for $87.37 with parts from Home Depot. Thanks Precision...not a good policy to try to take advantage of customers. Change your website...you don't fix anything.

Great response time- very able and pleasant repair representative (Hunter Hanemann) - seemingly well repaired . Not pleased with only one year warranty and total cost which is about $100 more than average for job done as I later learned.

One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!
