I called to get an estimate on installing a garage door opener. The technician, Rob Weber, called the day of to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the early end of the installation window which is always appreciated. He inspected the door, offered a few options and gave me the estimate. It was within the range of what I was told it could be over the phone so I agreed to have the job done. I was ready to set up an appointment to have it installed when he informed me he could do it today! About two hours later the install was completed and he went over everything I needed to know. Rob was professional and courteous, answered all questions I had and did not leave until I was sure everything worked to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

I had a door put in back in May. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I had gotten a mouse in the garage, my exterminator told me the garage door was not lined up to the ground. Instead of jus saying that and leaving, they took the extra step and plugged up the obvious holes I had and tightened the door so it would would fit better upon reaching the floor. They went above and beyond, and I am grateful!!!!!

I called Precision Garage Door Repair at 8:30am on a Saturday about an issue with my garage door. By 11:30am, the tech had completed a complete overhaul of my spring/cable/roller system. I was very impressed with the level of service. The tech was clear and concise in laying out the options at the beginning and he completed the work in a timely manner. Rob and Jesse did a terrific job, of course assuming that the repairs stay intact. They were both courteous, answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. I am very happy with the installation of the LiftMaster 8550W. I was also very happy with the work of Jesse C and Rob W. They both did an excellent job and both was pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and I was happy with their knowledge in installing the LiftMaster 8550W. After having the Genie system for almost 19 years, this door is so much quieter than it ever was. I also like having the newest technology that comes with this system, like the backup battery. I do recommend Precision Garage Door.

Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid? I had a garage door opener installed and a new garage door with new roller springs etc... Installation went ok. Had to call them back for service 3 times for garage door coming off track. Second time they never showed up had to call manager. Service was extremely poor. I had recommended Precision to a relative after I had new garage door installed and they had the same problem. Would not recommend............
