The technician, Michael was very professional, polite and courteous at all times and explained everything to me. He truly is an asset to your company. I picked Precision because I received a coupon in my mail and saved it because I knew sometime soon my garage door would need repair or replacement. I called Precision on Thursday morning and my job was completed by 4:00 that day. Michael, my technician called me when he was delayed at the job before mine and called me when he was ready for me. Thanks again....especially to you Micahel. Mrs. Todaro

The entire experience from making the appointment to your fast response time and professional service was a refreshing experience. Your tech Hunter was more the professional, explained my options in great detail and did a fantastic job. What ever you do keep this young man on your staff. He left my home 15 minutes ago and I have already referred you to a neighbor and family member. Great job guys, I actually am looking forward to using you again.

My original install was done by a competing company and they did not even return my call when I attempted to contact them for the needed repairs. I called Precision and they came out immediately and, not only addressed my repair issues, but showed their quality parts were far superior to those originally installed. I ended up replacing everything but the tracks and door and I couldn't be happier. You can't beat their lifetime warranty and Mike, my installation tech was the best! I recommend Precision if you need garage door work done.

Due to an unfortunate situation my door sustained damage. Not realizing the safety latch was secured my daughter hit the wrong door button on a twin door assembly. The technician was dispatched promptly and informed us of damages. He took it upon himself to order the damaged section on the door to make the necessary repair. They scheduled the work and repaired the door at a very reasonable fee. Obviously the damage was caused by us. Precision is a very reputable establishment. Their people are courteous and respectful. Very fair and very pleased with services provided. Thank You!
