Kevin was very professional. He explained things very carefully, gave me a number of options, and we agreed on a specific product. Our garage is also used for a lot of storage items and he worked around everything and never complained. He reset all the remotes even the one that is permanently installed in my wifes car. After everything was complete, he took the time again to explain the entire operation of the opener I was very impressed!!!!

It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared. All done under my warranty by a very pleasant and informative representative. Thank you, Precision!

I’d let my fingers do the walking on my iPhone to find someone in my area and precision showed up. I’m very happy with the service I got. I got the call a half hour before they were going to arrive very very courteous Danny and Jamie. They did the repair That was necessary to be able to close the garage door all the way. I am very pleased. They also gave me instructions about the lubrication of the wheels and they took care of lubricating the wheels. I’m 87 years old and everything is difficult for me to do but they help me very much and they were perfect gentlemen. You couldn’t ask for anybody better thank you so much.

Excellent customer service from initial phone call to Meredith (on a Sunday) to installation the next day. We received a text telling us the name of the installer (John Hixson) with a photo and brief bio on him (nice touch!). John called before arriving in a clearly marked, looked-like-new van. He assessed the situation with our garage door and provided three different options for fixing it. It was a bigger job than we anticipated, but John did all of the installation by himself and was done in an hour. He was professional, courteous and very neat. We highly recommend Precision Door.
