I called and I’m so glad I did. From the reception operator, Francesca, to instant text and email confirmation to bio and identification with a picture of the assigned technician, I was never so impressed with the professionalism of a company. Ryan arrived on time prepared to take care of the job. He was professional, knowledgeable and sweet. He assessed the problem and offered me a menu of suggestions with prices. He completed the work in record time and I could not be more pleased. My only regret is we have an incredible warranty now and may not need your service any time soon. My garage door was not closing. The company sent Shane quickly after I called the same day. Shane explained that my opener was extremely old and even if possible made no sense to repair. He then examined my garage door which also was old and determined that the door was in great shape but needed springs and other parts replaced. He spoke to management and got me a significantly reduced price for all the work he recommended and completed professionally and walked me through the technology. Great job Shane.

My garage door opener broke and I had no springs hooked up to the door any longer. Called and they showed up within a few hours. Installed new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers. Door works perfectly now and due to the strain relief on the opener unit it was able to function again as well.

Our garage door mechanics broke yesterday afternoon, we were unable to open or close the door. We called Precision right away and they immediately scheduled a visit for today. Ryan our technician arrived on time with multiple texts to us to notify us of his arrival time. Ryan could not have been more professional. I called Precision Door as I had a slight emergency with my garage door and honestly I was taken back with the ease and professionalism of the representative who booked my appointment My technician was John who was a total professional, knowledgeable and honest. He assessed the situation and explained the problem or potential problems and gave me 3 estimates for different stages of services and at no time was there any pressure to sell me the higher service which honestly impressed me . His work was clean and he took his time to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. Service tech arrived on schedule. Inspected the garage door and proceeded to measure and replace rubber seal on bottom of door. Commented on after inspecting door hinges and rollers. Recommended grease type lube for rollers and pulleys. John, the service tech, was very informative, courteous, and professional. He then explained we would have push hard down on the garage door with the new seal. I will inform friends about John and how professional he was.
