Service tech ( John ) called and introduced himself and stated approximate time of arrival. After arriving John assessed the situation and explained the problem. Israel did a great job. Our garage needs new drywall, so there was nowhere to run wires (well), but he was very diligent in trying to run them cleanly and temporarily, pending putting new insulation and drywall in place. He also lubricated the door, and it moves much more smoothly and quietly -- I didn't request this extra step and there was no additional fee. Would definitely use this company again.
