Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and we will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

I chose Precision based on positive reviews this company has received. Isaac was the mechanic that came to my house, reviewed my system and gave me a clear understanding and recommendation as to what was needed to get my garage doors working properly again. Afterall, they were only 30 years old, so obviously needed upgrading was necessary. Doors were good, but I needed new motors, cables, springs and rollers. Now everything working silky smooth and quiet. Thank you Isaac for doing a great job. So, do I recommend precision? Absolutely!

I am generally not moved to writing a review on a website but could not let the service I received from Precision Garage Door go unrecognized. I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced). Jonah was extremely competent, efficient, a delight to work with and had the job completed in an hour. It is without reservation that I give Precision Overhead Garage Door my highest recommendation. Thank you for a great job!

This was my first time using Precision. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the day of repair, the entire experience was a positive one. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days from calling. Israel (service technician) was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options of repairs. He even helped me set up the MyQ app. on my phone. It was a pleasure working with the company.

Danny was the repairman who came to my house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He handled my problem, which was complicated due to not really having enough room to work. I think another person might have said the job was not doable. Danny did the job. Israel arrived on-time reviewed my situation and provided several options to fix my problem. He was very neat and extremely knowledgeable. Israel fixed our issue. While testing the garage door after the repair we ended up also having him install a new garage door opener since the one we had was 25yrs old and I did not think it was working to it's potential anymore. Rather then waiting for it to fail we had it replaced and everything is now working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage. And ask for Israel for any future issues. Thanks again Israel

Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

My technician George was great. He notified me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. After trouble shooting the issue with my nonstop beeping opener, George presented possible solutions and the cost of each one. Fortunately my problem was able to be resolved with the less expensive option. George took the time to fully explain everything to me, and was a most polite technician. He is an asset to the company.

I always use Precision Garage Door if I have a problem with the garage door. They are extremely professional and dependable. Today I had an appointment to have the door serviced.
