We've been using Precision for a many years now to keep the garage doors that we installed in our old house when we moved in years ago working right. They've done everything from simple lube/tuneups to a motor replacement to replacing the springs when he originals finally broke on one of our doors. Our tech John did a thorough job - springs needed tightening and doors lubed this time. Like all the other techs we've ever had here from Precision, he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and efficient. Took us a while to hit on Precision but we will be using them forever - experienced and well trained techs, handled some tough replacement part jobs and fair prices.

My garage door mounting came apart and was professionally repaired by John Fusco. I must note that the repair cost was very expensive for the amount of repair needed, but was set by the office. John however was very polite, considerate, honest in his communication of the estimate and skilled in his work. He took the time to check all my equipment, suggested potential future improvements and costs to my door system. Importantly, his work was completed quickly. I must commend his professionalism and attitude as well as his competent repair work. We will surely turn to John in particular and Precision for any future garage repairs or replacement. Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase.
