Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

My technician George was great. He notified me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. After trouble shooting the issue with my nonstop beeping opener, George presented possible solutions and the cost of each one. Fortunately my problem was able to be resolved with the less expensive option. George took the time to fully explain everything to me, and was a most polite technician. He is an asset to the company.

I always use Precision Garage Door if I have a problem with the garage door. They are extremely professional and dependable. Today I had an appointment to have the door serviced. Danny, the technician assigned for my service, arrived promptly. He was outstanding. He resolved the issue almost immediately. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I must say that Danny went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He is a thoughtful, caring young man. He was a pleasure to have in my home.
