Your company and your service rep, Isaac, were top notch! It was so easy to schedule an appointment. The technician came on time and was extremely informative. Isaac explained the potential source of the issue and our options. He was efficient and left the garage extremely neat. Once the new garage door openers were installed, Isaac carefully explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend this company!

Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.

So far so good. Danny was professional and explained why I had a problem with my remote. The garage door has a big dent and he explained that it will not be able to fix it and I kind of knew that. The chain is old and rusted and I do park my car in the garage and he explained that my car could be damaged if the chain ever becomes loose. So I have decided to replaced the door and all the mechanisms to the door. Thank you Danny

He was honest in saying the rollers are still ok but will need replacement soon. I had him do the job while here. He was done very quickly.
