Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.

One of the springs broke late on Friday afternoon. Called Precision right away. Had a technician at my home early on Saturday. Israel was the tech. Mr. Issac was prompt and efficient and very helpful. He answered all my questions freely without any hesitations and he explained what needed to be done and what I should do to prevent the problem from happening in the future.
