I realized after 5 on Friday, 9/29, that I needed someone to look at my garage door opener. I went to the Internet to look up a company and the first one listed was Precision. I looked over the website and decided to call them. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon and they came promptly and Shane quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.
