We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I had a broken garage door spring, so I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a repair appointment the same day. Their tech Israel arrived within the time window given to me and proceeded to expeditiously replace both coil springs. It had gone faster than any other repair I experienced within the last 20 years. I'm most pleased with the fact that Israel ensured the garage door sat level on the ground- no spaces underneath for mice to enter. Excellent job!

I found about Precision Overhead Garage Service while searching the web. I was able to make a next day appointment right from their website. They provided timely updates on when and who would be my repair/installer. The service was outstanding. George Albert was the installer and he provided very professional and courteous service. George showed me all options of garage door openers available along with the features each came with. This allowed me to make an informed decision. George then took the time to show me how to operate and use the features of the new opener along with the mobile app functions. I was very impressed with the level of service this company and George provided!

Lewis Rodriguez did a great job of fixing our old garage door. He came on time, gave me options for the repair and then had everything he needed to complete the repair. He replace springs, cables and rollers, all covered by a warranty.

I am so happy with Precision. Called this morning because my cables snapped (old system not installed by Precision) Within two hours Danny the tech was here ! He replaced my cables, springs and installed a new door opener. He also told us our existing door opener was not up to code so he replaced it for us. His professionalism was superb. His work was outstanding ! Thank you Precision for having excellent service techs who really know what they are doing We will never even consider calling another company.

I met with Gina A this morning for a quote on a new garage door and belt drive opener. Gina was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in the different materials offered and had samples of the door materials and hardware. I was very satisfied with the presentation and having all of my questions answered. I found the quote that Gina worked up for me to be fair and I ordered the door and opener on the spot.

George Albert was the professional from Precision doors who performed the service . Mr. Albert was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly! He came early , explained all the options in detail and then took care of what needed to be done! The whole job took about 30 minutes and it was an easy and pleasant experience! The price was fair with warranty included. I would highly recommend this business as they apparently hire quality people!
