He worked efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed properly. I have already recommended him to family.

I opened my door to the garage this morning and found a spring attached to the opener hanging down where it should not have been. I went to the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage door Service. Looking over the comments and guarantees I gave them a call. It was 6:30 in the morning and while I was able to book an appointment online, I needed to speak to someone so I’d feel more secure! A nice man answered and I booked an appointment for later in the day. Although the service person was held up, I received a call informing me he would be later than expected, which I so appreciated! Then he called later to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was so nice, cordial and personable while remaining completely professional! He gave me three options after accessing my issue, explained each one and gave me costs for each. After choosing my plan, he set to work and was finished in about half an hour! His work was completed and perfect! He tested everything, applied lubricant and made sure all was well! He solved my problem and explained everything I needed to know and adjusted the pull string to keep me safe! I am extremely happy, not only with the service, but with the complete professionalism, kindness and caring this man showed me! I will never call anyone else if I have any issues with my garage door opener, and you shouldn’t either Five Stars!!!

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! I chose Precision based on positive reviews this company has received. Isaac was the mechanic that came to my house, reviewed my system and gave me a clear understanding and recommendation as to what was needed to get my garage doors working properly again. Afterall, they were only 30 years old, so obviously needed upgrading was necessary. Doors were good, but I needed new motors, cables, springs and rollers. Now everything working silky smooth and quiet. Thank you Isaac for doing a great job. So, do I recommend precision? Absolutely!

I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced). Jonah was extremely competent, efficient, a delight to work with and had the job completed in an hour. It is without reservation that I give Precision Overhead Garage Door my highest recommendation. Danny was the repairman who came to my house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He handled my problem, which was complicated due to not really having enough room to work. I think another person might have said the job was not doable. Danny did the job. Israel arrived on-time reviewed my situation and provided several options to fix my problem. He was very neat and extremely knowledgeable. Israel fixed our issue. While testing the garage door after the repair we ended up also having him install a new garage door opener since the one we had was 25yrs old and I did not think it was working to it's potential anymore. Rather then waiting for it to fail we had it replaced and everything is now working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage. And ask for Israel for any future issues. Thanks again Israel
