George the repair man that was sent to our home was informative, professional & very friendly. He gave my hubby and I three options to fixing our broken garage door. Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Called a competitor in the same business, closed for the weekend (that isn't good).

I opened my door to the garage this morning and found a spring attached to the opener hanging down where it should not have been. I went to the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage door Service. Looking over the comments and guarantees I gave them a call. It was 6:30 in the morning and while I was able to book an appointment online, I needed to speak to someone so I’d feel more secure! A nice man answered and I booked an appointment for later in the day. Although the service person was held up, I received a call informing me he would be later than expected, which I so appreciated! Then he called later to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was so nice, cordial and personable while remaining completely professional! He gave me three options after accessing my issue, explained each one and gave me costs for each. After choosing my plan, he set to work and was finished in about half an hour! His work was completed and perfect! He tested everything, applied lubricant and made sure all was well! He solved my problem and explained everything I needed to know and adjusted the pull string to keep me safe! I am extremely happy, not only with the service, but with the complete professionalism, kindness and caring this man showed me! I will never call anyone else if I have any issues with my garage door opener, and you shouldn’t either Five Stars!!!

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and we will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

I chose Precision based on positive reviews this company has received. Isaac was the mechanic that came to my house, reviewed my system and gave me a clear understanding and recommendation as to what was needed to get my garage doors working properly again. Afterall, they were only 30 years old, so obviously needed upgrading was necessary. Doors were good, but I needed new motors, cables, springs and rollers. Now everything working silky smooth and quiet. Thank you Isaac for doing a great job. So, do I recommend precision? Absolutely!

I called Precision when my garage door would not close. I chose them randomly and had no idea who they were. I was treated courteously from the minute they picked up the phone. My serviceman, Isaac, could not have been nicer. He was prompt, friendly and understood my concerns. Thank you, Precision, for a job well done and for hiring fine men like Isaac.

I am generally not moved to writing a review on a website but could not let the service I received from Precision Garage Door go unrecognized. I got an appointment in under 24 hours for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jonah Butcher arrived completely prepared to repair door (which I thought would definitely have to be replaced). Jonah was extremely competent, efficient, a delight to work with and had the job completed in an hour. It is without reservation that I give Precision Overhead Garage Door my highest recommendation. Thank you for a great job!

This was my first time using Precision. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the day of repair, the entire experience was a positive one. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days from calling. Israel (service technician) was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options of repairs. He even helped me set up the MyQ app. on my phone. It was a pleasure working with the company.

Danny was the repairman who came to my house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He handled my problem, which was complicated due to not really having enough room to work. I think another person might have said the job was not doable. Danny did the job. I was very impressed and thankful that he was so capable and quite proud of what he did and proud of the time he has been with Precision.
