She told me when the repair person, Jonah, would arrive, and he phoned in advance and arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the garage door system, and made some suggestions to which I agreed. You kept me posted on the whereabouts of your service tech and he phoned me when he was on his way. I was able to track his progress on line and his photo and name were sent to me in advance of his arrival. The service technician, Israel Hixson, was courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
