Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has been very responsive. From taking my info and scheduling the service to prompt arrival and complete evaluation and replacement same day. Service gentleman, Israel Hixson, has been very courteous, evaluated the problems carefully, explained the possible solutions and options in detail. Listened carefully to all the questions and made sure his responses were understood clearly. Israel is an asset to your company.

Our installer, Prince, was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to work with! He even removed an overhead cabinet for me (which hadn’t interfered with our original overhead door so I didn’t realize would be in the way of the new one)! He installed the door almost single-handedly, uncomplainingly. Later, Shane arrived and they finished the job together cheerfully and professionally. Very happy with the whole experience!

Danny Salis came to repair my Garage Door the next day after I called for service. He surveyed my situation recommending that my door was an expensive one and was in good shape but my springs, rollers etc would need to be replaced. He then quoted the price (which was a bit more than I was expecting and did the repairs working very fast but very efficiently. Wouldn't leave until he was sure I was satisfied, which I was. The door now works great, I would recommend Precision and Danny any time.

My Sunday emergency phone call to Precision was promptly returned and technician whom scheduled called me and asked if he could arrive at my home even prior to my appointment. Jesse Cole arrived in truck with professional logo and greeted me with respect. He diagnosed the situation and immediately presented me with three options to choose from regarding the repair solutions. He explained the short, medium and long term solutions without sales pressure. The repair was done within an hour with perfection!

My Service provider Danny did a great job!! He was on time, had all the necessary materials, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it exceptionally and timely. The price was reasonable and the materials used to replace my door opener were far superior to the faulty ones being replaced. All around great job!!
