Israel arrived on-time reviewed my situation and provided several options to fix my problem. He was very neat and extremely knowledgeable. Israel fixed our issue. While testing the garage door after the repair we ended up also having him install a new garage door opener since the one we had was 25yrs old and I did not think it was working to it's potential anymore. Rather then waiting for it to fail we had it replaced and everything is now working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage. And ask for Israel for any future issues. Thanks again Israel

Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

My technician George was great. He notified me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. After trouble shooting the issue with my nonstop beeping opener, George presented possible solutions and the cost of each one. Fortunately my problem was able to be resolved with the less expensive option. George took the time to fully explain everything to me, and was a most polite technician. He is an asset to the company.

I always use Precision Garage Door if I have a problem with the garage door. They are extremely professional and dependable. Today I had an appointment to have the door serviced. Danny, the technician assigned for my service, arrived promptly. He was outstanding. He resolved the issue almost immediately. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I must say that Danny went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He is a thoughtful, caring young man. He was a pleasure to have in my home. I wish all service technicians were like him. He is an excellent representative of your company.

Great company. Fast prompt service. The technician, Andrew, was so thorough and honest. He did recommend a tune up which I declined at this time due to finances. He didn’t try to pressure me and even waived the service fee which I really appreciate and because of that I will schedule that maintenance when I am able. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Precision and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

Precision, I can’t tell you how pleased I am for calling you. My garage door kept closing and then opening. It seemed I was going to need a new garage door. Then came Isaac Rodriguez. Isaac talked with me about my prior experience with Precision. I had forgotten I called Precision over 5 years ago. You helped me then and Isaac helped me this time. Isaac was very professional. He took the time to tell me what was wrong, all I needed was a quick adjustment and no need for a new door. Isaac is a credit to your company. Anytime I have a future garage door problem I’m calling you and asking for Isaac. Thank you, John
