Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. So far so good. Danny was professional and explained why I had a problem with my remote. The garage door has a big dent and he explained that it will not be able to fix it and I kind of knew that. The chain is old and rusted and I do park my car in the garage and he explained that my car could be damaged if the chain ever becomes loose.
