Danny Salas took care of our garage door which we were unable to close properly. He was very good. He was on time and had called us that he would be here within 25 minutes. He checked out our system and I can say our door is working perfectly. He as very professional and friendly at the same time. I would call him again if needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the person I spoke with on the phone to the repair person that came to my house; the customer service was exceptional. I needed to have a repair which was done perfectly. Then I needed to have something else replaced, I was lucky enough to have the same repair tech both times. He was great, knew his job, great personality and courteous. Again, I could not have amused for a better experience.

Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired. Isaac Rodriquez did a fine job and everything is working. He did attempt to sell me a lift master motor for 1796 dollars. I declined and he did the job quickly and flawlessly with a minimum (2) part replacements. He had to get into my garage and that took him hardly any time at all. The price of 695 for what he did is outlandish and I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Isaac is a nice person but the prices you charge a customer is nothing less than highway robbery
