I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.

Today was a very good day. Danny Salas arrived at the agreed upon time to repair our garage door opener. He was pleasant, respectful and listened to our concerns. He was able to identify the difficulty and presented the options. We decided to replace the entire unit. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the work in just a few hours. He then spent another 30 minutes in educating me on how the new system worked. We were extremely pleased with both Danny and the entire process. Thank you Precision Door Service for employing such friendly and knowledgeable technicians as Danny.

I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Andrew was here to assess the condition of the door, the tracks, the motor, etc., and he did a great job! Very reassuring that all was well, and he sprayed the proper lubricant where necessary and everything works great now! He is a true asset to Precision, and I'd call on him again any time. Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us. I would highly recommend him not just for his know how, but for his well-mannered nature.

Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. It has never worked this well. Lewis was great and made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure everything worked to perfection before leaving.

Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose. He came as soon as we expected and knew exactly the problem and we gave us two options for the fix. He was so pleasant and knowledgable. Our repair technician,Danny Salas, was the best repairman that I have ever had to my home! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable,and helpful. He explained exactly why our garage door had malfunctioned, and repaired it expertly that day. I can't say enough how much confidence I had in him to repair our issue. After the repair was complete, my garage door functioned like it never did before. It was quiet. He also showed us how light the garage door was to open if the power went out. Before this repair, it was very heavy;it was very heavy since we bought this house many years ago. I thought that was just how garage doors were supposed to be, but now that the door is balanced, the door is light and doesn't slam down if the power goes out and the door is left open. Before, the door would slam down hard. I highly recommend this company for its honest, capable, and courteous service.

The Technician called ahead to tell Me when he would arrive. He showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional. He examined my problem, detailed the steps that were needed to fix it, and gave me a clear estimate of the cost. Once I authorized the work, he quickly completed the job and told me exactly what he had done. All receipts and a description of the work were emailed to me for my files.
