I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

Precision garage door really bailed me out. I am selling my home and a broken garage door was a MUST fix. Within 24 hours of my phone call to Precision, their TEC, Israel, was absolutely awesome. Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. I called on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. with a broken garage door and two cars trapped inside. The customer service representative confirmed an 8-10 a.m. appointment for the next morning which happened to be a Saturday. The service professional showed up at 8:25 a.m. and by 9:45 a.m. everything was working perfectly . Pricing was excellent and the service response time was absolutely incredible. These guys are the 911 of garage door repairs. The service professional that came to my house was a young man named Isaac who was absolutely fantastic. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. They are amazing.

The entire process from the initial scheduling of the review of options at our home, narrowing down our selection, placing the order, receiving recurring status updates, scheduling the installation and completing the job was excellent. Vince from Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, captured our requirements and managed expectations. The installation team of Shane and Prince was punctual, competent, friendly, communicative and knowledgable. These two young men represent your company extremely well and you are fortunate to have them working for you. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Not satisfied at all I was over charged for work I didn’t need done because I wasn’t home to question it. Not only didn’t I need the work I found out the parts I was charged hundreds of dollars for can be bought for less than $50. I will neve use or recommend this company again. Preparing to file complaint with the better business bureau. Shameful.

Matthew Nameth came to repair our garage door today. The sensors to close the garage door were not working and the door would not close. Matthew called to give us an estimate of his arrival time and showed up exactly at that time. He offered us a few options to correct the problem and the proceeded to complete that option. Not only is Matthew skilled and competent, he is very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
