My Sunday emergency phone call to Precision was promptly returned and technician whom scheduled called me and asked if he could arrive at my home even prior to my appointment. Jesse Cole arrived in truck with professional logo and greeted me with respect. He diagnosed the situation and immediately presented me with three options to choose from regarding the repair solutions. He explained the short, medium and long term solutions without sales pressure. The repair was done within an hour with perfection!

I voiced my concern to the person who answered the phone. I was home alone and my garage door was stuck in an open position. Anyone could have walked right into my house.
