Excellent experience with Isaac Rodriguez from Precision repairing our garage door!m… Isaac called prior to coming over, and arrived just when he said he would. So professional, personable and knowledgeable. Isaac checked the overall functioning of our garage door and then provided two separate estimates: one with minimal repair needed, the next included more preventative measures/parts. Because we are on a budget we chose the minimal repair needed option. Isaac clearly explained the different options, parts replaced, cost and work involved for each option. He completed the work quickly, and demonstrated the now proper functioning of the garage door. Very thorough, knowledgeable, never felt rushed. Isaac is truly a professional and so personable! Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and John Aaron Hixson saved us in an emergency situation. On a freezing, windy, rainy Thursday night our garage door fell off the track and parts were damaged. The garage was open to the elements and impossible to close and lock. We called other services but only Precision Overhead Garage Door Service treated the situation as an urgent emergency.
