We had a weekend emergency and were delighted when the most efficient Sarah answered the phone in person on Sunday morning. Excellent technician Robert W arrived on time today, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it for a reasonable change first thing this morning. What’s not to like! A+ all around.

Thank you to your technician, Isaac Rodriguez, for his courteous, efficient service in replacing a broken spring and bearing rollers in my garage door. Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. Based on my experience, I'm happy to give a 4/5 star rating and can recommend your company. :)

I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. $74 to tell me it'll cost $200 to remove two nails, move the weather stripping an inch and tap them back in. They're words not mine. 5 minutes they were here cost $74 to tell me 5 minutes of work would cost $200. Go to a different company, your money will be better spent. Never paid $74 for an estimate for anything. On a good note, the employee who showed was very nice.

The product is excellent quality, the staff are responsive and polite. Today’s service call was excellent with technician Isaac Rodriguez. Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with the job Danny Salas did replacing my garage door opener. He explained my options and cost of each and answered all my questions. He then preformed a meticulous job on the installation and showed me all the openers features. He even repositioned the new opener so the door opens higher so my SUV clears the door easily. When he was finished he even swept the garage ! The whole experience turned out even better than I hoped and when I decide to replace my garage doors you can be sure I will be calling Precision and also requesting Danny to do the job if possible. Thank you !

The installers Isaac and Greg did a great job. The service from Precision Doors was very good. I guess it took a little longer to get the door from the manufacturer due to the current pandemic situation, but overall I am very satisfied.
