Fantastic response by Danny Salas who installed my keypad today - an unexpected outcome and delight from your customer service professional! Now just waiting on getting the black weatherstripping reinstalled on the right side where it falls slightly short and shows a gap near the top where it looks like it needs another nail or 2.

We had an awesome experience with Danny today. Initially are appointment was a service call. Danny was mindful of maintaining the protocol so that we felt safe and comfortable.
