Well I tried to replace my garage door opener on my own , that turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal and a total waste of time , let’s just say somethings need to be done by professionals and that would be precision door. I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

after searching online I chose precision . They responded quickly,set up a time for an estimate and followed through with professionalism. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable.
